# VocaFlare Offline Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of VocaFlare Offline, the offline dictionary and vocabulary app for iOS and Android. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

## The service

VocaFlare Offline is a dictionary and vocabulary builder that works without an internet connection. It offers word meanings, example sentences, flashcard review, quizzes, word lists, statistics and short video clips that show words in real use.

## No account

The app does not ask you to create an account or sign in. Your word lists, favorites, streak and statistics are stored on your device. If you delete the app or reset the dictionary, this data is lost and we cannot restore it.

## VocaFlare Offline Pro

- Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase or as a weekly subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
- The weekly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Pro is linked to your store account. Use Restore purchases in Settings to get Pro back on a new device or after reinstalling.
- Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, according to its policy.

## Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google. Pro removes ads.

## Video clips

Clips are short public videos played through the official YouTube player. They belong to their creators and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host or own them, and a clip may become unavailable at any time.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it in unauthorized ways, or bypass Pro features.

## Intellectual property

The VocaFlare name, logo, app and dictionary content are owned by VocaFlare and protected by law. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission. Parts of the word data are based on openly licensed vocabulary lists, credited on our website.

## Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Meanings and translations may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocaFlare is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

## Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app.
