### Is this for schools or for companies?

Both. Schools use VocaFlare to give students daily speaking practice under teacher control, and companies use it for staff language training. The dashboard is the same, only your groups and policies differ.

### Is there a self-service signup for organizations?

Not yet. Every rollout is set up together with our team so your domain, groups, and content policies are configured correctly from day one. Reach out and we will get you started.

### Do teachers and trainers need their own seats?

No. Licensing is seat-based per learner. Teacher, trainer, and staff accounts can manage groups, review progress, and set policies without ever consuming a seat.

### Do we have to add learners one by one?

No. You import your full roster at once with a CSV file, and accounts are created on your own domain with automatically generated passwords. Learners just log in and start.

### Can we control what learners talk about with the AI tutor?

Yes. You can restrict which conversation scenarios are available per group, and disable any app feature you do not want, for the whole organization or for a single class or team.

### What do learners actually do in the app?
